He responded to my call within a few hours, made an appointment, texted me the day before to confirm our appointment, and showed up on time. He spent 10+ hours over a two-day period working on my Lincoln Navigator L (long body) and didn’t deviate from his original quote even though my biga** vehicle was really dirty and FULL of Golden Retriever hair; and, as mentioned, took more than one full day to clean. (And, yes, of course I paid him significantly over his quoted price because he could have done two cars over those two days if my vehicle had not been SO dirty.) Anyway, he did a fabulous, very detailed job on my car; it is now immaculate and looks almost brand new again. The car looked so spectacular that I even moved the ping-pong table in our garage so that I could put my vehicle in the garage for the first time ever 😂🤣. Definitely give Robert a call for all of your auto detailing needs! His work is the bomb!"
